📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments for all vendors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable records
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
