📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 5-7 bakers, ensuring they follow production schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee the daily production of bolu, from ingredient sourcing to final packaging.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain The Keranjang's high standards.
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage inventory and track production metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and local health department guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate and improve our bolu recipes and production processes.
