📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track overdue accounts for automotive loans.
• Conduct phone calls, visits, and negotiations with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to escalate cases when necessary.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to ethical collection practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and collection management software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to collections.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
