📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee HR and general affairs at construction sites in Surabaya
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce health and safety protocols
• Coordinate with site managers and engineers to maintain a productive work environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and impartial resolution
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
