📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
