Den Crystal Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Palembang. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Monitor and maintain security protocols, including guest access and emergency procedures.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists, providing training and guidance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
