📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the design and construction of innovative and sustainable projects.
• Developing and implementing design strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
• Overseeing the work of a team of architects and designers, and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborating with other stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architecture and construction industry, and incorporating this knowledge into your work.
• Ensuring that all projects are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Representing WSP at industry events and conferences, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and construction, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards, and a commitment to sustainable and innovative design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with CAD software and other design tools.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet project requirements.
