📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the measurement and estimation of M&E quantities for construction projects.,Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.,Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.,Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to M&E quantities.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure accurate measurement and estimation.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.,Participate in tendering processes and bid evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction projects.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software such as Autodesk Quantity Takeoff or similar tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, regulations, and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
