📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
