📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools,Ensure that our technical documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements,Provide technical writing support to our sales and customer success teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
