📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized mentorship to students preparing for ASEAN scholarship exams, focusing on Mathematics, English, and IQ Test.
• Develop and deliver tailored study plans and resources to help students improve their scores and meet scholarship requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Scholario Indonesia team to create and update study materials, including practice tests and tutorials.
• Assist in organizing and conducting mock exams to simulate the real scholarship application process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and requirements in ASEAN scholarship exams, and incorporate this knowledge into your mentoring approach.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the mentoring program.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or mentoring students in Mathematics, English, or IQ Test preparation.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN scholarship exam formats and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
