📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the kitchen operations.,Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Oversee staff training and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in creating and maintaining work schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
