📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of distribution activities.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Provide support to the Distribution Officer in managing and mentoring junior staff.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management reviews.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and distribution software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets.
