📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining accurate personnel files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.,Support the HR team in conducting employee orientations and onboarding processes.,Assist in the coordination of HR-related activities, such as training sessions and workshops.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
