📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily telemarketing operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.,Train and mentor junior telemarketers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Monitor and analyze call data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant telemarketing tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
