📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure the success of training initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken).
