📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.,Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
