📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of drivers, cleaning staff, security personnel, and messengers.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the Head Office facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Manage and maintain service-related inventories and equipment.
• Provide leadership and support to service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the facilities management or service industry.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Health and Safety Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
