In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the integrity of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE objectives are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.,Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software applications.,Valid SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) certification is a plus.
