Shine Up Dinamis is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Manage leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
