📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and stock replenishment.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the Store Manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store events and displays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as required.
