ZAP Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Store Admin to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. As a Junior Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store manager in achieving our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Support the store manager in organizing and executing store promotions and events.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Support the store manager in monitoring and reporting store performance metrics.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
