📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements and reports.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.,Manage and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and provide recommendations for improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.,Proven experience in managing and supervising junior accounting staff.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
