📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to recruiters and HR staff to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and applicant tracking systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
