📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.,Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product integrity.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to develop their skills.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
