📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations, including ground and air ambulance evacuations.
• Follow tarmac protocols for safe and efficient emergency medical evacuations.
• Manage emergency room operations, including triage, treatment, and patient discharge.
• Use advanced medical equipment and software such as EMR systems, defibrillators, and ventilators.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, paramedics, and flight crew, to ensure coordinated emergency response.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest medical advancements and emergency response protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S-1/S-2) from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license and certification from the Indonesian Medical Council (IMC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related field.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or similar emergency medical training.
• Familiarity with emergency medical equipment and software, including EMR systems, defibrillators, and ventilators.
