ION Lestari is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals.
  • Coordinate benefits and compensation programs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
