📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, recommending products, and processing payments.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the cash register and sales area.,Assist in inventory management by restocking products and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and cash handling.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
