📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product features, and benefits to potential customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
