📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Participate in company events, training, and development programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
