📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic advice to support the company's growth.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Provide financial support to the management team and assist in decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
