📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and mentor junior distribution officers to ensure high performance standards are met.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
