📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire NPI process, including concept development, prototype testing, and mass production ramp-up.,Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.,Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI for PCBA and electronics manufacturing, with a strong focus on product development and launch.,Proven track record of successfully launching new products in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, soldering, and testing.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to electronics manufacturing.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
