Village Gate Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that tables are set and cleared promptly and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area at all times.,Recommend menu items to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
