📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing financial advice and ensuring smooth communication.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a PR or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
