📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.
• Maintain and service our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Monitor and optimize our logistics operations, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and efficiently.
• Ensure the safety of our drivers and vehicles, and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that our fleet is using fuel efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our logistics operations are running smoothly.
• Ensure that our vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our fleet and logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing a team of drivers.
• Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
