• Create and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Leverage SQL to query and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in your analysis.

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on operational best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
