📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage collections by following up on overdue payments and negotiating settlements.
• Analyze financial data using tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize revenue processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
• Monitor credit control metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Work closely with legal and accounting teams to resolve complex financial issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and credit control.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure the smooth operation of the collections process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, revenue management, or credit control.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
