📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee legal matters related to corporate and investment advisory services.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on legal issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and manage legal aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Advise on complex legal issues and support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal teams to ensure seamless legal support.
- Monitor legal developments and trends that may impact the company’s operations.
- Prepare and present legal reports to senior management and stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or investment advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
- Certification in legal compliance or risk management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
