As an MIS Acquisition Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to customer acquisition, portfolio performance, and risk management. You will be using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL to create comprehensive reports and dashboards. With 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, helping CNAF to achieve its strategic objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain acquisition reports to track customer acquisition metrics and portfolio performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to portfolio quality and performance.
• Create and update dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Collaborate with the acquisition team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer acquisition activities.
• Assist in the development of risk management reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support the business needs of CNAF.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data quality, accuracy, and reporting processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the auto financing sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Financial Analysis or Data Analytics is a plus.
