📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to battery systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair work on battery systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on battery systems to prevent potential issues.
• Document all technical support and repair work, ensuring accurate records are kept for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in battery technology and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role, preferably in the battery technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of battery systems, including their design, operation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and related software tools such as CANape, Dyno, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in battery technology or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a bonus.
