📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support operational excellence.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and followed.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in hospitality or a related industry.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
